Book a partner, scan every lot

When an order is ready, book a verified logistics partner from the order itself, filtered by the temperature class the material needs, from ambient to cryogenic.

Split the order into lots and print QR labels (A6, or four to an A4 sheet)
Scan each lot at dispatch; the partner scans at pickup and the buyer at receipt
Pickup moves the order to Shipped; the partner's temperature logs are attached to the shipment
The buyer confirms receipt, in good condition or with issues, which completes the order

Site verified

The second badge comes from a visit to your manufacturing site, in person or by live video. Add your sites and request a visit from your workspace; our team runs a GMP checklist aligned to Revised Schedule M and WHO GMP, with geotagged, time-stamped photos. A pass shows the badge for that site to buyers for 1 year; you can request a renewal from 60 days before it expires. How site validation works

Who can join right now?

Indian GMP manufacturers with a valid drug manufacturing licence. We'll open the platform to other pharma sellers (non-GMP) after the proof of concept review.

Can buyers see my PAN, bank details or GST documents?

No. Buyers see your company name, location and the details of your licences and quality certificates. Your PAN, bank details and the document files themselves are visible only to your team and our verification staff. Bank account numbers are encrypted and shown masked.

Does the AI decide anything about my company?

No. The AI reads your documents and pre-fills forms, nothing more. You confirm every value, and a person on our team does the verification.

What happens if a certificate is about to expire?

We flag certificates that have expired or are close to expiry as soon as you upload them, so you can replace them. Automatic email reminders before expiry are coming soon.

How do payments work?

During the proof of concept you invoice the buyer and get paid outside the platform, as you do today. The agreed payment terms are recorded on the order. If something goes wrong, our team helps resolve it.

How do I get the Site verified badge?

Add your manufacturing sites in your workspace and request a visit. Our team runs a GMP checklist visit, in person or by live video. A pass gives that site the Site verified badge for 1 year, and you can request a renewal from 60 days before it expires. During the proof of concept the platform covers the cost.

How do I ship an order?

Book a verified logistics partner from the order, choosing one that handles the right temperature class. Split the order into lots, print the QR labels and scan each lot at dispatch. The order moves to Shipped when the partner scans pickup, and the buyer confirms receipt to complete it.

Can colleagues help with onboarding and quotes?

Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role: owner, admin or member. Members can respond to quote requests and update orders.
