The rules for using PharmaBridge during the proof of concept, written to be readable. Where something isn’t decided yet, we say so.
1.About these terms
These terms govern your company’s use of PharmaBridge during the proof of concept. By creating an account or using the platform on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company and confirm you’re authorised to do so. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
2.Eligibility
- PharmaBridge is for businesses only, not for consumers or personal purchases.
- During the proof of concept, suppliers must be Indian GMP-certified manufacturers holding a valid drug manufacturing licence. Buyers must be legitimate businesses sourcing for their own operations or programmes.
- You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a company you represent.
- We may decline or limit participation at our discretion while the proof of concept is small.
3.Accounts and roles
- You sign in with your work email and a one-time code. Keep access to your mailbox secure.
- A company account can have several members with roles such as owner, admin, member, QA reviewer or approver. Owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.
- Actions taken by your members are treated as actions of your company.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.Accuracy of documents and information
- You must upload genuine, current documents and keep them up to date, including replacing licences and certificates before they expire.
- AI pre-fills forms from your documents, but you are responsible for checking and confirming every value. Confirmed information is treated as your company’s statement.
- Product listings, specifications, prices and lead times must be accurate and not misleading.
Providing false or forged documents is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to authorities.
5.Our role as a marketplace
- PharmaBridge is a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers. We do not sell, buy, manufacture, store or ship materials.
- We don’t certify product quality. Buyers remain responsible for supplier qualification, incoming testing and quality decisions; suppliers remain responsible for their products and regulatory compliance.
- We are not a party to contracts between buyers and suppliers. An accepted offer and order record the terms agreed between the two companies.
- Payments happen offline during the proof of concept, directly between buyer and supplier. The platform records agreed payment terms but does not hold or transfer money.
- PharmaBridge keeps an audit log but is not a 21 CFR Part 11 validated system and shouldn’t be used as a GxP system of record.
- During the proof of concept our team will help resolve disputes between companies, without becoming a party to the underlying contract.
6.Acceptable use
You must not:
- list or trade materials you aren’t licensed to manufacture or supply, or anything illegal;
- impersonate another company or person, or misrepresent your verification status;
- try to access other companies’ data, probe or bypass security, or overload the platform;
- scrape listings or use automated tools without our written permission;
- upload malware, or documents containing instructions meant to manipulate our AI processing;
- use contact details obtained on the platform for unsolicited marketing.
7.Confidentiality of negotiations
- Requests for quotes, offers, counter-offers and orders are visible only to the two companies involved and our team.
- Each party must keep the other’s non-public information, including prices and terms, confidential and use it only for the transaction in question, unless both agree otherwise.
- A buyer’s programme details are never shared with suppliers.
8.Verification badges: meaning and limits
- Verified means our team reviewed the supplier’s company and regulatory documents and found them consistent and in date at the time of review. It is not a site inspection.
- Site verified means a specific manufacturing site of the supplier has also been validated by our team through a GMP checklist visit, in person or by live video. It is not a quality audit.
- Badges reflect a point-in-time review. They are not a guarantee of product quality, regulatory compliance or performance, and they don’t replace your own due diligence.
- We may remove a badge if documents expire, change or prove inaccurate.
9.Suspension and closure
- We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, if these terms are breached, documents are false or expired, or we need to protect other users or the platform. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
- You can close your company account at any time by contacting us.
- Orders already agreed between companies remain their responsibility after closure.
10.Liability
The platform is provided during the proof of concept on an “as is” basis and features may change or be unavailable at times.
