How it works

One supply journey, every handoff on record.

A supplier joins and is verified. A buyer finds, compares and negotiates. Agreed terms become an order, a verified logistics partner carries it, and every lot is scanned at each handoff.

The journey

From verified supplier to delivered order

Seven stages, all live today, from supplier verification to lot-tracked delivery and buyer receipt.

  1. Stage 1 of 7

    Supplier joins and is verified

    SupplierPharmaBridge team

The supplier uploads GST, PAN, bank proof, licences and GMP certificates. AI pre-fills the profile, the supplier confirms each value, and our team verifies the company in 2–3 working days.

    Verified
  2. Stage 2 of 7

    Lists products with documents

    Supplier

AI drafts listings from a catalogue or price list: grade, pack size, lead time and price or “price on request”. Licence and certificate details appear next to each product.

  3. Stage 3 of 7

    Buyer finds and compares

    Buyer

Buyers sign up in about 10 minutes and can browse immediately. They filter by category, grade, location and lead time, then compare 2–4 products with price per kg.

  4. Stage 4 of 7

    Quote request and negotiation

    BuyerSupplier

Once approved, a buyer sends a quote request. Both sides exchange offers and counter-offers on price, quantity, delivery date and payment terms. Every round is saved and private to the two companies.

  5. Stage 5 of 7

    Agreed terms become an order

    BuyerSupplier

When an offer is accepted, an order is created with exactly those terms. The supplier moves it through Confirmed, In production and Ready to ship; both sides see one timeline and get email updates.

  6. Stage 6 of 7

Logistics pickup and delivery, tracked by lot

    SupplierLogistics partnerBuyer

The supplier books a verified logistics partner for the order, filtered by temperature class, and splits the order into lots with printed QR labels. Each lot is scanned at supplier dispatch, logistics pickup and buyer receipt, in that order. The partner updates pickup, transit and delivery and uploads temperature logs; out-of-range readings are flagged to both companies. Pickup moves the order to Shipped automatically.

  7. Stage 7 of 7

    Delivered and confirmed

    BuyerSupplier

The buyer confirms receipt, in good condition or with issues and a reason, which completes the order. The full history of who agreed what, who scanned each lot and when, stays on record for both companies.

Example

What a negotiation looks like

A buyer needs 25 kg of an excipient for a clinical batch. Four rounds, all in one thread, then an order.

Example only. The material, companies and numbers are fictional and don't reflect real market prices. Payment terms are recorded on the order; payment itself happens outside the platform during the proof of concept.
