Verified pharma sourcing, without the email chains

PharmaBridge is a B2B marketplace for pharmaceutical and cell & gene therapy materials. We're starting in India, with GMP manufacturers, as a proof of concept running from October 2026 to April 2027.

Why we exist

Sourcing critical materials shouldn't depend on who's in your inbox

Pharma and cell & gene therapy teams need materials from suppliers they can trust. Today, establishing that trust is slow, manual and repeated by every buyer.

Sourcing runs on email and spreadsheets

Finding a qualified supplier for an API, excipient or cell & gene therapy material still means long email chains, attachments passed around and price sheets that go stale.

Every buyer verifies the same supplier again

Licences, GMP certificates and company documents are collected and checked by each buyer separately. It's slow for buyers and repetitive for suppliers.

Documents and lots lose their link

Certificates, CoAs and shipment records live in different inboxes and folders, so tracing what was ordered, shipped and received takes detective work.

Our aim is simple: verify a supplier once, carefully, and let every buyer on the platform see the result, then keep the quote, the order and the lot connected in one place.

The proof of concept

Four questions we're here to answer

The proof of concept is deliberately small: a group of design-partner suppliers and buyers, real documents and, from March 2027, real orders. Success means honest answers to these questions.

    Will sellers list their products and documents here?

    GMP manufacturers onboard, upload their licences and certificates, and publish a catalogue buyers can search.

    Will buyers search, negotiate and order here instead of over email?

    Buyers compare verified suppliers, send requests for quotes, counter-offer and place orders in one private thread.

  3. 3

    Does lot-level tracking work in practice?

    One lot code followed from dispatch to receipt, confirmed by the seller, the logistics partner and the buyer.

  4. 4

    What's missing before real orders can run here?

    We'll record what design partners still had to do outside the platform, and use that to decide what comes next.

    Buyers join

    Search, compare, request quotes, negotiate and order, with verified logistics partners and lot-level tracking to delivery.

    First real transactions

    Design-partner buyers and sellers run real orders through the platform.

    Review

    We review what worked against the four questions and decide what to build next.

Principles

How we build

Verified, not just listed

Sellers are checked by our team before they get a badge. We say exactly what a badge means and what it doesn't: we don't certify product quality.

Private by default

Each company's data is isolated at the database level. Negotiations are visible only to the two companies involved and every change is recorded in an audit log.

AI does the typing, people confirm

AI reads your documents and pre-fills forms. Nothing is saved as fact until a person at your company has checked and confirmed it.

India-first, data in India

Built for Indian GMP manufacturers and buyers. Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure Central India; we're open about the one exception (AI document reading).
